• I shall reform the investment code with a view to reviving industrialisation, increasing local production and ensuring healthy competition.
• I shall provide greater support for entrepreneurship by improving access to finance and offering tax relief. I shall also strengthen the momentum of the SME/SMI bank and promote local products through public procurement.
• I shall accelerate the creation of a rural development bank, while continuing to facilitate access to agricultural land. I shall also strengthen the development of the fishing and livestock sectors through targeted, sustainable measures.
• I shall intensify the fight against corruption and attacks on the public good.
• I shall continue to strengthen the import substitution policy by providing substantial support for local production to reduce costs.
